Cooking creates emotions that we want to share with you, giving an unforgettable experience of Cretan tastes and hospitality!

 We try to blend traditional cooking with the notion of well-being and healthy eating. Vegetarian and vegan culture is really into the Cretan diet, as the whole diet is mainly based on what the soil provides such as vegetables, fruit, cereal, herbs and nuts.

 Our cooking workshops are not just a recipe to bring back home. They are an attempt to renew the concept of getting-together exchanging ideas and experiencing the real Cretan taste and flavors of tradition. That's why, after each workshop, we sit together around the table and share food and experiences. 

We offer several cooking workshops, private cooking classes, as well as catering and organization of events.

Myself and my partner joined Anna and Eleni for the Kalitsoyni workshop. Anna and Eleni were great teachers and extremely warm and welcoming. We felt right at home during the class. We made two different types of kalitsoyni and got the chance to try local cheese, wine and sweet treats. Once everything was ready we gathered round the table sharing stories and chatting. Eleni and Anna put on a fantastic class for me and my friends. The whole morning was really relaxed and fun, and gave us a wonderful insight into Cretan food culture. It was well organised and there were plenty of opportunities to get hands on with the cooking. We also got to try Greek coffee, raki and wine from Eleni’s family vineyard while we waited for the pastries to cook. Great authentic local experience. Highly recommend.
