Vegetarian Workshop

  • Appetizer: “dakos”, tzatziki

  Dakos: cretan rye rusks with tomato,myzithra-cheese,oregano, sea salt, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

  Tzatziki: It is probably the most famous Greek dip. It is made of Greek yogurt, cucumber and garlic and is a unique side dish for meat.

   Greek Salad or “Choriatiki”: It is a salad made of all the summer veggies like tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion, glistrida, olives and feta or myzithra cheese.

 

 Gemista: tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis, egg plants and vine leaves staffed with rice, parcley, peppermint and fennel cooked in the oven and served with Greek yoghurt.

 Dessert, treat by us

After the workshop, we sit around the table to eat and bond.
