  • Appetizer: “dakos” 

  • Main dish: “gemista” served with Greek yoghurt 

  • Cretan Dessert



-->Dakos: cretan rye rusks with tomato,myzithra-cheese,oregano, sea salt, olives and extra virgin olive oil.


-->Gemista: tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis, egg plants and vine leaves staffed with rice, parcley, peppermint and fennel cooked in the oven and served with Greek yoghurt.

-->Dessert: Our treat.

After the workshop, we sit around the table to eat and bond.
