  • Appetizer: “dakos”, tzatziki

  -->Dakos: cretan rye rusks with tomato,myzithra-cheese,oregano, sea salt, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

-->Tzatziki: It is probably the most famous Greek dip. It is made of Greek yogurt, cucumber and garlic and is a unique side dish for meat.

-->Greek Salad or “Choriatiki”: It is a salad made of all the summer veggies like tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion, glistrida, olives and feta or myzithra cheese.


-->Gemista: tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis, egg plants and vine leaves staffed with rice, parcley, peppermint and fennel cooked in the oven and served with Greek yoghurt.

-->Dessert: traditional kalitsouni - the sweet version.

After the workshop, we sit around the table to eat and bond.
