Cretan Brunch
We prepare and eat together a full Cretan branch which consists of a breakfast pie called: “bougatsa”, yogurt with honey and nuts and Greek coffee.
We also bring “koulourakia” spoon sweets and fresh ginger lemonade.
“Bougatsa” is a delicious desert served in the most regions of Greece. It is sweet, but the Bougatsa served in Chania has the uniqueness to be made with the local cheese mizythra which gives it a sweet and sour taste. As for the Greek coffee, its making is a ritual, and its taste is a must have.

The duration of the workshop is two hours
PARTICIPATION

Minimum number of participants is three (3) adult persons. We welcome kids to participate. Children until the age of 12 pay half the price and must be accompanied by an adult.

In case the minimum number is not met, the participants will be informed as soon as possible, and they will have to opportunity to either book for another day, or have a full refund.
