Meat Workshop

  • Appetizer: “tzatziki” and dakos

-Tzatziki: The most famous Greek dip, made of Greek yogurt, cucumber and garlic.A unique side dish for meat.

-Dakos: cretan rye rusks with tomato,myzithra-cheese,oregano, sea salt, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

-Greek Salad or “Choriatiki”: It is a salad made from all the summer veggies like tomato, cucumber, peper, onion, glistrida, olives and feta or myzithra cheese.

-Main dish: marinated pork with potatoes, peppers, mushrooms and other vegetables wrapped in parchment paper and slowly roasted  

-Dessert: Kalitsouni the sweet version

  •  The duration of the workshop is three and a half to four hou


  •  Minimum number of participants is three (3) adult persons. We welcome kids to participate. Children until the age of 12 pay half the price and must be accompanied by an adult.

  •   In case the minimum number is not met, the participants will be informed as soon as possible, and they will have to opportunity to either book for another day, or have a full refund.
