½ kilo sesame
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons honey
We place all the ingredients in a pot and we stir with patience in medium heat, until we see
the bottom of the pot turning yellow and the sesame starting crushing.
We prepare a baking paper and as soon as it is ready, we place it on the paper and put
another piece of baking paper on top and we straighten it with a rolling pin. We cut it in
squares immediately (otherwise it cannot be cut) using a pizza cutter. Let it for some time to
stay and bon apetit.
