-->Dakos: cretan rye rusks with tomato, myzithra cheese, oregano, sea salt, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

-->Greek Salad or “Choriatiki”: It is a salad made of all the summer veggies like tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion, glistrida, olives and feta or myzithra cheese.

-->Gemista: tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis, egg plants and vine leaves staffed with rice, parcley, peppermint and fennel cooked in the oven and served with Greek yoghurt.

-->Boureki: traditional pie of Chania region with zucchinis, myzithra cheese and mint.
