-->Mousaka: The famous Greek recipe made for vegans. It consists of fried eggplants and potatoes, minced soya sauce and “besamel”: a cream made of potatoes, soya milk, olive oil and flour, baked in the oven.
-->Gemista: tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis, egg plants and vine leaves staffed with rice, parsley, peppermint and dill cooked in the oven and served with Greek yoghurt.
